A seemingly harmless picture of their 4-year-old son Liam was posted on his Twitter account, unbeknown to McDermott that his wife's decency was for the world to see.

AceShowbiz - Dean McDermott indirectly admitted that it was his wife Tori Spelling's boobs he accidentally exposed on Twitter. The actor has removed a photo of their son, which shows Spelling's naked boobs on the background.
Spelling gave birth to their third child together last month and the photo showed her reclining on a bed while her 4-year-old son Liam goofed around. McDermott quickly removed the photo on Wednesday, November 16 morning after realizing the blunder. He did not say anything, neither did his rep.
In contrary, Spelling's last few posts on Twitter were filled with beautiful and decent photos of her husband who celebrated his 45th birthday on Wednesday. She also dedicated a love letter to McDermott, writing "I would dream of you for so long. So many represented you. My dad. Every Ken doll I ever played with. Every prince in every Disney cartoon. The lead character in every John Hughes film. Not one guy I ever dated. And, then you became a reality."
