AceShowbiz - Katy Perry gets to be a sexy cowgirl for her 27th birthday party. The "Firework" singer rocked a midriff-baring cowgirl outfit complete with bright pink hat and chaps as she celebrated her recent turning of age by throwing Wild West Birthday Ho Down Throwdown in Los Angeles last Friday, November 11.
Joining her at the birthday bash were her husband Russell Brand, who dressed up as an Indian; her actor brother David Hudson; and her sister Angela. The guest list, meanwhile, was made up of Adam Lambert and boyfriend Sauli Koskinen, Anna Faris and husband Chris Pratt, and Robyn among many others.
Katy and Russell weren't the only one in costumes at the birthday bash wherein the guests were treated to BBQ meats, corn on the cob, and apple pie. "American Idol" alum Adam and his boyfriend got to dress up as Dances with the Moon and Dances with the Sun, while "Hang with Me" singer Robyn came in wearing a cactus garb.
Just Jared, which has more photos from the bash, reported that guests rode a horse-drawn wagon with haystack seating upon arrival. Mechanical bull, saloon photo booth, lassos-twirling cowboys and a Dolly Parton impersonator were some of the entertainment provided. Katy herself gushed, "I like all my friends to have a good time. I want them to have an experience."
Other stars spotted joining the celebration included "Chuck" star Zachary Levi, musician Blue Hamilton, singer/actress JoJo, "Predators" actor Topher Grace, "Raising Hope" actress Shannon Woodward, music producer Dr. Luke, stylist Johnny Wujek and designer Markus Molinari.
