Just when the former 'Heroes' star is about to present the Best Song award, a male streaker runs across the stage at the Odyssey Arena in Belfast, Northern Ireland to join her.

AceShowbiz - Hayden Panettiere was left blushing on stage by one naked man at 2011 MTV Europe Music Awards. Taking the stage inside the Odyssey Arena in Belfast, Northern Ireland on Monday, November 6 night to present the Best Song award, the "Scream 4" actress dropped her jaw when a male streaker decided to crash in.
When the nude intruder took a stand near her, Hayden asked him, "Dude, what are you doing?" To which, the man replied in a Northern Irish accent that he thought he'd "do a streak". After he admitted to be a huge fan of "Heroes", Hayden invited him to join her for a pint after the show.
The incident quickly generated questions among fans if the stunt was part of a publicity stunt. One viewer wrote on Twitter, "omgggggg who is this naked guy on stage??? LMFAOOOO." Daily Mirror later claimed that it was indeed a staged sketch, and Nine MSN's MusicFIX blog reported that the naked man was identified as Irish actor David Monaghan.
Winning the Best Song kudo, in the meantime, was Lady GaGa for her hit single "Born This Way". When collecting the trophy, she made no reference to the streaker but did break down as she thanked fans for their supports. In addition to the award, the "You and I" singer won three other awards, Best Video, Best Female and Biggest Fans.
