Representatives for both stars come out with the denial after words spread online that the 'Monte Carlo' beauty dumps the 'Mistletoe' singer in the wake of allegations he fathered a fan's child.

AceShowbiz - Contrary to Internet reports, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are still an item. Representatives for both stars were quick to come out with a denial after Radar Online reported that the "Monte Carlo" beauty has ended her romance with the "Mistletoe" singer in the wake of his paternity scandal.
A representative for 17-year-old Justin insisted to E! News that there is "no truth" behind the break-up story. Sounding off similar statement was a representative for 19-year-old Selena, who slammed the recent swirling rumors by telling Us Weekly that reports of a split are untrue.
Radar Online earlier reported that Selena dumped Justin after 20-year-old Mariah Yeater came out with the allegations that the "Baby" hitmaker fathered her baby boy. "Selena ended it abruptly. She broke the news to Justin just in the past 24 hours," a source close to the pair was quoted as saying.
The source added, "His camp is in damage control mode and attempting to convince her to stick around in the relationship for a few more weeks, because they fear it will be seen as an admission that something indeed took place between Justin and the woman who is alleging that he's the father of her baby."
Justin himself has recently addressed the scandal in person. Appearing on the "Today" show, he told Matt Lauer, "I'd just like to say basically that none of those allegations are true. I know that I'm going to be a target, but I'm never going to be a victim." Asked if he knew Mariah, he insisted, "Never met the woman."
Meanwhile, it emerged that Mariah originally accused her ex-boyfriend, John Terranova, of being the father to her baby in 2010. John's grandmother Frances Lippe told TMZ that Mariah told her grandson she was pregnant with his child in December. When he insisted he did not get her pregnant, the two got into an argument that led to her breaking a car window.
According to police report, Mariah and John got into another altercation, during which she allegedly slapped John 3 separate times in the face with her open right hand, when she returned to work out a payment plan for the window later the same day. She was later arrested and charged for battery.
