Madonna to Sing New Single with M.I.A. and Nicki Minaj at Super Bowl

The Material Girl will perform a catchy song called 'Give Me All Your Love' at the Super Bowl XLVI on February 5, 2012 at Lucas Oil Stadium.

Long-running rumors that will grace NFL fans with her performance are proven to be true. It's just confirmed that the Material Girl indeed is going to sing during Super Bowl XLVI which will be held on February 5, 2012 at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Ind.

The "" director will perform a brand new single at the championship. According to JustJared*, the "Hard Candy" hitmaker will sing a catchy tune called "Give Me All Your Love" which is produced by Martin Solveig ("Hello") for her forthcoming 12th studio album.

Details about the upcoming performance at the football game remain under wraps, but it's confirmed that Madge is going to join forces with and . Accordingly, both of the two fellow female artists are featured in her forthcoming track.

Madge is currently finishing her new album. "She's in the studio all this week... and the music is so goooooooood...," her manager Guy Oseary tweeted in mid-September. Words are, the new single is eyed for winter release, and the album is expected to come out in Spring, 2012.

Performing at the Super Bowl will help Madge promoting the new effort nicely. Though so, it is not the first time she's approached to do the gig. Back in 1998, the ex-wife of movie director Guy Ritchie was in talks to perform at the gig just in time for the promo of her then-new album "Ray of Light", but the deal met a dead-end.

Two years later, the songstress who tackles the role of Evi Peron in 1996's "Evita" was set to sing her single "American Pie" at the halftime show, but she canceled it due to scheduling conflicts. Back then, she expressed "sincere apologies" and "look forward to the possibility of doing something with the NFL in the future."
