A representative for Warner Bros. Pictures claims that Christopher Nolan has no plan to shoot the Batman reboot in Zuccotti Park, where the OWS movement takes place.

AceShowbiz - Rumors that "The Dark Knight Rises" will be shot in the middle of Occupy Wall Street protests in New York City have been debunked. A rep for Warner Bros. Pictures confirmed to Entertainment Weekly that "there are no plans to shoot in Zuccotti Park", where the mass movement takes place.
The highly anticipated superhero movie has been scheduled to film in the Big Apple long before the OWS protests began. It is likely that Nolan will not change the plan and make the protests as a backdrop or a stand-in for something that already exists in the film.
Previously, Los Angeles Times reported that Nolan will shoot the latest Batman reboot in New York, where the OWS protests happen. The filming will begin on October 29 for two weeks ahead under the code name of Magnus Rex. A source revealed that the cast members have been informed that the filming could include some scenes that will be shot among the protesters.
"The Dark Knight Rises" has wrapped the principal photography in Jodhpur, India as well as Pittsburgh and Los Angeles. In the movie, Christian Bale returns as the Caped Crusader, while Tom Hardy tackles the role of villainous Bane. Anne Hathaway, Morgan Freeman, Gary Oldman and Joseph Gordon-Levitt also support the movie, which will hit U.S. theaters on July 20, 2012.
