Daniel Craig Flaunts White Beard at 'Tintin' U.K. Premiere

The 'James Bond' actor looks charming with his mix and match look when he arrives on the blue carpet of 'The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn' premiere in London.

AceShowbiz - Daniel Craig became the center of attention when hitting the blue carpet of "The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn" premiere at the 55th BFI London Film Festival. On hand for the special screening that took place at Odeon West End in Leicester Square on Sunday, October 23, the "James Bond" actor looked charming despite his white beard.

The husband of actress Rachel Weisz mixed and matched casual and elegant look by pairing a white collared shirt and tie with denims and brown leather shoes. He finished off his look with a grey v-neck sweater and a black overcoat. On the blue carpet, he was seen taking some pictures with some female fans.

Craig was joined by other cast members, including Jamie Bell, Simon Pegg and Nick Frost, at the premiere event. His male co-stars looked sleek in their suits. Director Steven Spielberg was also snapped among the attendees. He was all smiles when striking a pose with replicas of Tintin and Snowy.

Celebrity guests spotted during the evening were Francis Boulle, Kathleen Kennedy, Dermot Murnaghan, Gabriella Ellis, Sam Branson, Pamela Stephenson and Danielle Harold among others. Meanwhile, Agne Motiejunaite was the belle of the ball with her elegant look. She dazzled in a mini strapless dress.

Based on a comic book series by Belgian artist Herge, "The Secret of the Unicorn" revolves around Tintin's first encounter with Captain Haddock and the discovery of a clue to the treasure of his ancestor Sir Francis Haddock. They set out to find it with protection from a prison escapee, who tries to get the treasure, as well as eccentric detective duo Thomson and Thompson.

Produced by the "Lord of the Rings" helmer Peter Jackson, the animated movie will be released in the U.K. on October 26 and in the U.S. on December 21. Its voice cast also includes Andy Serkis, Tony Curran, Toby Jones, Gad Elmaleh as well as Mackenzie Crook.
