The new promo video for 'Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance' gives a look at the flaming skull rider suddenly shows up to kick some bad guys who almost kill a woman.

AceShowbiz - A new clip for "Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance" has landed online. The brand new clip sees the flaming cursed biker suddenly appears to save a woman who is nearly murdered by several thugs. He is seen flying over with his motorbike and then staring at the bad guys as if he wants to bust their heads.

Nicolas Cage has presented the exclusive new clip at the 2011 Scream Awards last Saturday, October 15. During the awarding event, which aired on Spike TV last Tuesday, October 18, the 47-year-old actor also received a special honor of Maverick Award.

In "Ghost Rider 2", Cage's Jhonny Blaze a.k.a is hiding out in remote Eastern Europe. While struggling to repress his curse, he is recruited by a secret sect to save a young boy from The Devil, who wants to take over the kid's mortal body.

Director Mark Neveldine explained about why the movie is given a PG-13 rating although some people think it is suitable for an R. "Do you really need to have tits and F-bombs in a 'Ghost Rider' movie? We got a couple of F-bombs, and our body count is huge in this movie. It's just that you don't see blood, because this guy kills you with Penance Stares and he tears you apart into ashes," so he said at a panel in New York Comic Con.

Agreeing his partner's opinion, director Brian Taylor chimed in, "There's a lot of fire. That's a really good trick for directors who are trying to make really violent PG-13." He added, "You can burn people all you want!"

With Neveldine and Taylor serving as the helmers, the sequel to 2007's "Ghost Rider" is salted for a February 17, 2012 release in U.S. theaters. Joining Cage in the cast ensemble are Ciaran Hinds, Idris Elba, Christopher Lambert and Johnny Whitworth.
