AceShowbiz - Jessica Alba isn't letting anyone using her image without permission escape with no consequences. The "Spy Kids 4: All the Time in the World" actress has reportedly filed a lawsuit against the company behind Belly Bandit for marketing and selling their products using her "name, likeness and photograph".

In her suit, the 30-year-old actress alleged that the company "has knowingly and intentionally misappropriated and used" her to endorse their "post-pregnancy clothing and accessories". She also claimed that the company features a fictitious testimonial from her on their website and has a product that claims, "Jessica Alba's #2 Secret for a Fast Post Pregnancy Slimdown!"

According to TMZ, the actress, who gave birth to her second daughter this past August, is seeking more than a million dollars in damages from the company with a request that all attorneys' fees be paid. She also wants a percentage of the profit the company made from selling the products that used her name.
