Emma Watson Dances Crazily in 'Perks of Being a Wallflower' Set Video

The 'Harry Potter' actress is seen ruling the dance floor with co-star Ezra Miller, and at some points she also shares about the excitement of working on the upcoming drama.

First behind-the-scene look at "" has been made available for viewing pleasure via MTV, which has got a chance to visit the set of the upcoming Stephen Chbosky-directed drama. On the set, and co-star were seen boogie dancing crazily among other students.

During the filming day, the "Harry Potter" beauty shared about the excitement of working on the novel-adapted movie. "I feel incredible about it. I feel like I've been waiting for 'Perks'," she gushed. "I was waiting for this story, for this script, for this moment, for these people to do it with me. I'm so glad I didn't do anything that I didn't care about."

Other co-stars spotted on the set were "" star and "" actor . On her involvement in the project, Dobrev said, "Every hiatus, my goal is to try something different, and this is a small part in a great, fun indie that has a great script. It's been fun to meet such great new people. Everyone really gets along and is really friendly and fun."

Lerman, on the other hand, explained about his lead character, Charlie. "I definitely tapped into some awkward childhood memories for this movie." He added, "It's been a year and a half since I first signed on to the project, so to be out here making it is a pretty big deal for me. It's cool to be working with this great cast of young actors."

"Perks of Being a Wallflower" is based on a 1999 novel by Stephen Chbosky. The story follows an introverted high school freshman named Charlie who slowly comes out of his shell thanks to his new friends, Sam and Patrick. He is introduced to the awkward times of adolescence, including drug use and sexuality.

Watson plays Sam, while Miller stars as Patrick. The cast ensemble also includes , and Johnny Simmons. In addition to tackling the directorial duty, Chbosky also serves as the screenwriter. The movie is expected to hit U.S. theaters sometime in 2012.
