During an appearance on 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show', the songstress wife of Eddie Cibrian continues to defend her weight and deny being anorexic or bulimic.

AceShowbiz - LeAnn Rimes has been dealing with media scrutiny because of her thin physique ever since she tweeted a bikini photo of herself earlier this year. When making an appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" Thursday, September 29, the "What I Cannot Change" singer addressed the controversy and called the media bullies for criticizing her about her weight.

Asked to clarify that she is not anorexic or bulimic, the 29-year-old told host Ellen DeGeneres, "No, I am not." She was quick to add, "But I do feel like the press ... they've been very irresponsible calling a lot of people, fat or anorexic or bulimic or whatever It may be. It seems like bullying now instead of really taking these diseases seriously that a lot of people are going through."

On the speculations whether she is too thin, the "Northern Lights" actress claimed, "I've kind of gotten over it." She continued, "These are diseases, and people are using them as name-calling; it's almost bullying. And I feel a sense of responsibility for the people that are actually going through the diseases, and I'm not one of them."

During the chat, LeAnn also defended her marriage to Eddie Cibrian. "It's definitely been hard to see tons of lies written about a situation that people don't necessarily know the truth," she opened up. "And, there's kids involved, so you have to take the high road a lot of the times when you want to stand on a mountain and scream, like, 'Why are you saying this?' "

"Obviously, we made decisions that were not necessarily the right ones, but it obviously brought us to the place where we are now," she went on. "And, we're happy and we're married. And we've always put his kids first. We took the kids into consideration with everything that we do. Sometimes you just want to scream. But you don't. We've learned to let it go and laugh at it at the end of the day."
