The Emmy host stops by Sheldon's living room on 'The Big Bang Theory', promotes gay relationship to 'Mad Men' characters and confronts her 'Glee' alter ego Sue.

AceShowbiz - Jane Lynch kicked off the 63rd Annual Primetime Emmy Awards on Sunday, September 18 with a musical number. Leonard Nimoy of "Star Trek" appears as TV president early in the skit, replacing Alec Baldwin who pulled out of the opener after his joke about phone hacking was cut.
More familiar faces, including Jimmy Fallon, Eric Dane from "Grey's Anatomy" and "American Idol" judge Randy Jackson, are featured in the skit as Lynch sings and dances her way through a building where all TV shows live together. "Entourage" alums Jeremy Piven and Rex Lee show some moves before the former delivers a line about his recently axed show.
At one moment, Lynch meets face to face with her "Glee" alter ego Sue and throws a drink on the tracksuit-clad character who campaigns her hatred against TV. She also stops by "Mad Men" office, but gets expelled by Don Draper after telling them that in the future people can watch TV shows on phone and fast-forward commercials. Peggy, however, is seemingly intrigued about being able to marry another woman in the future.
The 2011 Primetime Emmy Awards, which was held at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, handed out the prizes to such series as "Modern Family" and "Mad Men" as well as miniseries "Downton Abbey". Among the celebrities attending the event were Drew Barrymore, Lea Michele and Gwyneth Paltrow who were billed as presenters.
