Ryan Seacrest will come back as co-host while Fergie of the Black Eyed Peas will host the West Coast broadcast.

AceShowbiz - Lady GaGa has booked a New Year's gig. Ryan Seacrest announced on Thursday, September 8 that the "Judas" singer would be one of the performers on ABC's live "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve."
"One of the things we're doing for Dick celebrating his 40th year hosting the event is having Lady GaGa perform live in Times Square right before the ball drops," Seacrest said. This would be the first time that GaGa takes part at the December 31 event.
Seacrest will once again co-host but no other performers were announced. On a side note, it was revealed that Stacy Ferguson aka Fergie of the Black Eyed Peas would be hosting the West side, from Los Angeles.
GaGa indeed would be busy around the clock. She has signed a deal with Barneys to display GaGa's Workshop, a Christmas department that the singer herself will design. The display would be on the entire fifth floor men's department starting mid-November to January 2.
