AceShowbiz - Jennifer Love Hewitt is in line with "The Bachelorette" reject Ben Flajnik about them not having any special relationship with each other. The Samantha Horton of "The Client List" made use of her Wednesday (August 17) interview with Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS FM radio show to clarify that she is "totally single".
Back on August 2, Love caused a stir with her tweet about Ben that read, "Omg! Ben f except my final rose !!! I love that ring. Neil lane u rock!! Happy for Ashley.... Gotta book a flight to Sonoma !!!:):)" When asked about it during the chat, she clarified, "I was looking for something pop culture to sort of tweet about."
The "Ghost Whisperer" star went on to explain, "I'm new to Twitter. I wanted to have fun with the tweeters out there in the world. So, I sent out funny tweets about Ben F. and then it got all blown out of proportion." She did admit to have met Ben by coincidence, but said with a laugh, "Rumors are rumors," when questioned whether she has ever made out with him.
Earlier this month, Life & Style reported that Love flew to San Francisco on August 6 and had a sexy date with Ben at Lion's Pub. One witness said, "Ben from The Bachelorette is making out with Jennifer Love Hewitt," while another claimed, "Oh yeah, Ben and Jennifer Love Hewitt appeared to be dating."
Quick to deny the swirling speculation was Ben himself. Shortly after news of the sexy date came out, he took to his Twitter and cleared up the air. "Dear Rumor Mill, I am not dating anyone," he wrote. "Far too busy with work right now @evolvewines to even think about it. Go Giants. Out."
