Lawyer for the 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star claims to have been contacted by Taylor's attorney for the arrangements of the memorial that is likely to take place in the coming week.

AceShowbiz - Russell Armstrong and estranged wife Taylor Armstrong were in the middle of divorce when he died on Monday night, August 15, but it didn't stop her from taking charge of his memorial service. Sharing the news was Ronald Richards, a lawyer for the late star of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills".

"I have been notified by Taylor's attorney that she is making the memorial arrangements for Russell," Ronald told Radar Online. The attorney noted that it was Taylor's wish to plan the memorial for Russell, "after all, they were married." But, he did note that the reality star was still in the early stages of the planning.

Offering bits of details, Ronald spilled, "I know that Russell's mother wants to take his body back to Texas and have him buried though - but, that will be for Taylor and Russell's mom to figure out." He additionally suggested that the "memorial will probably be next week," before saying, "It's just an incredibly sad time for everyone."

Russell was found dead inside his bedroom at his friend's Los Angeles home, where he had been staying, last Monday night, August 15. Autopsy result came out on Wednesday, August 17, and uncovered that the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office has ruled the 47-year-old's death as suicide by hanging.

Chief Coroner Investigator Craig Harvey told Us Weekly that Russell's body was found hanging from an electrical cord from the rafters in his bedroom. He was at the time wearing a T-shirt, shorts and socks. It was noted that he was last seen alive on Friday, August 12. A toxicology test will be released in three to four weeks.

Russell's family reportedly blame Bravo network for his death, and are considering taking legal action. Step brother Wade Jackson told Radar Online, "Bravo is at fault and somebody needs to pay. Russell's whole family was very close and they're considering suing Bravo. Russell's dad doesn't want to talk about what happened to him with a lot of people, but everyone in the family thinks that Bravo is to blame. I'm sure somebody will sue them."
