In a video captured by her concertgoer, it can be seen that the 'Jersey Shore' star smiled excitedly when Britney's entourage handcuffed him to a pole.

AceShowbiz - One lucky guido got a personal treat from Britney Spears. "Jersey Shore" star DJ Pauly D who opens for a number of the pop star's concerts got up close to her when she used him as part of her lap dance act.
Pauly D was first handcuffed to the pole on top of a convertible. The "Femme Fatale" singer then seductively teased him with a straight look before putting a pink feathered boa on his shoulder. Britney continued by sitting on top of his shoulders from the back while clutching on the pole.
Taking Pauly D away from the stage on the car, Britney playfully told her audience, "He's never coming back!" Pauly D tweeted on Thursday, August 11 night, "Wow, just got a lap dance on stage from Britney Spears" and linked a photo of the act.
There's a possibility that the act was recorded for Pauly D's reality show which is a spin-off to "Jersey Shore".
