The other musicians who will remember the life and legacy of the late King of Pop include Smokey Robinson, Craig David, JLS, 3T and Alien Ant Farm.

AceShowbiz - Some of the musical guests who have been booked to perform at the upcoming Michael Jackson tribute concert have been revealed. They are two judges of "The Voice" judges Christina Aguilera and Cee-Lo Green as well as former "The X Factor" winner Leona Lewis.

The other performers confirmed to take part at the gig are Smokey Robinson, Craig David, JLS. They will be joined by 3T, the group that features the three sons of MJ's brother Tito Jackson, and Alien Ant Farm who scored a hit with an alternative rock version of MJ's "Smooth Criminal".

"This announcement is just the beginning, we have many more to announce," said Global Live Events executive Paul Ring. "This concert will unite various generations and musical genres, reminding everyone of just how amazing a talent Michael was."

Rumor has it, Kanye West, Chris Brown, Justin Bieber and Bruno Mars have been approached for the special event. Kanye reportedly is "leaning towards 'yes'," while the other three allegedly have "respectfully declined" the offer due to scheduling conflicts.

Dubbed "Michael Forever Tribute Concert", the gig will take place at Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, Wales, on October 8. The late King of Pop's mother Katherine and siblings Tito, Marlon, Jackie and La Toya Jackson announced it last July, but the other two members of the Jackson clan, Jermaine Jackson and Randy Jackson, slammed it.

They disapproved the tribute event because it's held around the same time the proceedings for trial surrounding MJ's death will take place. Jury selection in the involuntary MJ manslaughter trial of Dr. Conrad Murray is scheduled to kick off a month prior before the concert. The case is expected to last four to six weeks after the proceedings commence on September 20.
