'Twilight' Actor Arrested for DUI and Active Warrant

According to a spokesperson for Maricopa County Sheriff's office, Kiowa Gordon is still held in custody.

AceShowbiz - Kiowa Gordon, who plays werewolf Embry Call in "Twilight" movies, was arrested on suspicion of Driving Under Influence in Mesa, Arizona on Monday, August 8. Turns out, the 21-year-old already has an active warrant for his arrest for drug paraphernalia possession and supplying alcohol to minors.

According to Hollywood Life, the actor is held on $1,000 bail and is still in custody. His court appearance is scheduled to take place at Mesa on August 18 at 8:30 A.M. He previously skipped a court order on February 9, 2010 for the drug possession and liquor supply case.

Gordon made his debut in 2009's "New Moon". He depicts a Quileute who is a member of the werewolf pack tasked with protecting the tribe from vampires. He would reprise his role in the upcoming "Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn" films.
