In the movie directed by Marc Forster, Pitt takes on the role of a researcher named Gerry Lane who works for the U.N. Postwar Commission. Beside playing the lead character, the man behind the voice of Metro Man in "Megamind" will pull a double duty by serving as a producer.
The drama comedy presents a global perspective on the future of the zombie race, ten years after they take over the world. Supported by James Badge Dale, Mireille Enos and Elyes Gabel, it will open wide in the United States in the summer of 2012.
