AceShowbiz - George Lucas-executive produced film "Red Tails", which got delayed several times, has now been previewed in a first trailer. Following the Tuskegee Airmen, the legendary African American fighter pilots who battled Nazis abroad and discrimination at home, the video teases the dramatic and heroic scenes as well as the actions which span during an epic war set in 1944.

As the war in Europe continues to take its toll on Allied forces, the Pentagon considers to include the untried and untested African-American pilots of the experimental Tuskegee training program. Just as the young Tuskegee men are on the brink of being shut down and shipped back home, they are given the ultimate chance to show their courage and exercise their right to fight for their country.

Against all the odds, with something to prove and everything to lose, these intrepid young airmen take to the skies in a heroic endeavor to combat the enemy and the discrimination that has kept them down for so long.

Directed by Anthony Hemingway, "Red Tails" has Tristan Wilds, Terrence Howard, Bryan Cranston, Ne-Yo, Method Man, Cuba Gooding Jr. and many more in the cast ensemble. The drama action movie is set to open wide in theaters across the nation on January 20, 2012.
