AceShowbiz - Kanye West has been featured in a revamped version of Adele's song, and an audio stream of the remix has hit the web for fans' listening pleasure. It's a rework of her 2008 soulful track called "Melt My Heart to Stone", and was made by Urban Noize.
Kanye is currently preparing to release "Watch the Throne", his joint project with Jay-Z. He is going to drop the album across the United States on August 2. He lines up his own protege Mr. Hudson, Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All's member Frank Ocean and Jigga's wife Beyonce Knowles as featured guests.
While waiting for the album release, Kanye is also celebrating his multiple nominations at 2011 MTV Video Music Awards. The G.O.O.D Music rapper receives six nominations including Best Male Video for his "All of the Lights" clip. Instead of campaigning for his own win, he called his Twitter followers to vote for fellow MC Tyler, the Creator.
The Odd Future star is up for two nods; Video of the Year and Best New Artist. He battles against Adele, Katy Perry, Beastie Boys and Bruno Mars in the former category, and faces off Foster the People, Wiz Khalifa, Big Sean and Kreayshawn in the latter.
Tyler returned the favor by giving Kanye a shout-out and thanking him in his own page. "F*** Dude, Thanks Alot. S***, This Is Fucking Awesome," he wrote. On the same day, he declares on Twitter that he doesn't want to lose the top honor to Bruno.
