'Horrible Bosses' Character Trailer: Kevin Spacey Is a Psycho

The brand new promo video for the Jennifer Aniston-starring black comedy centers on Kevin's character Dave Harken, who is described as a 'slave-driving psycho' and the 's**ttiest boss ever'.

Another character from "" is introduced through a brand new character trailer. After 's sex-crazed dentist character got the spotlight in a previous promo, 's character Dave Harken becomes the center of attention in this fresh video that describes him as a "slave-driving psycho" and the "s**ttiest boss ever".

In the trailer, Dave is presented as a boss who belittles his employee Nick Hendricks (played ). Among the horrible things he does, he pokes fun at Nick's dead "Gam Gam", distrusts him with a promotion and accuses him of having an affair with his wife. On the last subject, he can be seen telling Nick, "She's way out of your league," before adding, "I own you; you're my b***h."

"Horrible Bosses" follows three friends, Nick, Kurt and Dale, who work for intolerable bosses. Since quitting is not an option, they devise a convoluted and seemingly foolproof plan to rid themselves of their respective employers permanently. There's only one problem, though, even the best laid plans are only as foolproof as the brains behind them.

Joining Jennifer, Kevin and Jason in the cast ensemble are , , and . This dark comedy is directed by filmmaker Seth Gordon and is coming out in theaters across the United States on July 8.
