'True Blood' 4.02 Preview: Bill Shows Another Side, Jason in Hostage

Also in the July 3 episode, Sookie adjusts to Bon Temps' new realities while question of how Bill becomes the new vampire king is answered.

"" season 4 premiere on June 26 has quenched fans' thirst for more blood and fangs. Following the airing of "She's Not There", a preview for the next episode is released online, hinting what Bill will do as the new vampire king in Bon Temps. He orders Eric to handle a new coven in town and leads a vampire squad for what looks like an ambush mission.

Additionally, his pieces of his past which involve Nan will be revealed, and another version of himself is teased in a scene where he sports spiked hair. Question of how his fight with Queen Sophie Anne ended will be answered in this episode as well.

Meanwhile, Jason is in danger as he is held hostage by werepanthers, Sookie adjusts to Bon Temps' new realities, Eric crashes a witches' meeting, and Andy struggles with his addiction. Also, Sam becomes closer to his shifter friends, Jessica satisfies her blood cravings, and Arlene witnesses strange behavior from her family.

"You Smell Like Dinner" will air on Sunday, July 3 at 9 P.M. on HBO.



UPDATE (June 27, 00:50 A.M. ET): A longer preview to "You Smell Like Dinner" is also found on the web. Based on the sneak peek, it seems that the tension between Bill and Eric once again runs high with the new vampire king complaining about Eric's disobedience.
