The Henry of 'Grey's Anatomy' will appear as Terry's old army buddy in the season finale and in the fifth season, assuming the show gets renewed.

AceShowbiz - "True Blood" season 4 will get extra testosterone injection. Scott Foley has been tapped to appear in the season finale, so TVLine reports. His role is a major recurring one, and he will continue appearing in the fifth season if the show gets another renewal.

Words are, the former "Felicity" and "The Unit" star will play a character named Patrick, who is "a tough and ruggedly attractive old army buddy of Todd Lowe's Terry. Patrick gets into the story as he pays a visit to the Merlotte's employee.

Foley recently appeared as the husband to Kim Raver's Teddy in season 7 of "Grey's Anatomy". His new gig on "True Blood" will likely not hinder him from returning to the medical drama as he is slated to film the HBO drama series later this month, while the ABC long-running show will only resume production in July.
