Issue of using performance-enhancing drugs has been brought up once again on "60 Minutes". During the show, his former teammate Tyler Hamilton revealed he and Armstrong used "EPO ... testosterone ... a blood transfusion" while competing.

"I know he's had a positive test before," Hamilton said. "He told me. He was so relaxed about it and he kind of said it off the cuff and laughed it off." He added, "People took care of it. I don't know all the exact details but I know that Lance's people and the people from the other side, the governing body of the sport, figured out a way to make it go away."

Although the report has been repeatedly denied by Armstrong, many Twitter users chose to believe Hamilton. Soon after the show was aired on Sunday, May 22, people started criticizing the seven-time winner of Tour de France on the micro-blogging site.

One of the tweets read, "Lance Armstrong. Screwed. Deservedly." Another Twitter user wrote, "Looks like golden boy Lance Armstrong isn't so golden after all," while Darren Rushing commented, "60 Minutes brought up some damaging information in the Lance Armstrong situation. He looks guilty of steroids and LYING to the government."

Some other, however, were more supportive to Armstrong. Kevin Harden, for example, wrote, "Whoever thinks Lance Armstrong cheated is an idiot!!!!!"

Responding quickly to the allegation, Armstrong's lawyer Mark Fabiani has released a statement to deny it. "Throughout this entire process, CBS has demonstrated a serious lack of journalistic fairness and has elevated sensationalism over responsibility," Fabiani blasted the network which aired "60 Minutes".

Fabiani went on questioning the reliability of the source, stating "CBS chose to rely on dubious sources while completely ignoring Lance's nearly 500 clean tests and the hundreds of former team-mates and competitors who would have spoken about his work ethic and talent."
