AceShowbiz - Emma Bunton has one joyful news to share. The former Spice Girls member gave birth to her second son with singer-turned-chef fiance Jade Jones on Friday, May 6, and made the announcement via Twitter, "Our beautiful son Tate has arrived safe and sound! We are all so happy and excited."
The 35-year-old's representative has also confirmed the happy news. In a statement, the rep said, "Both mother and baby are doing well, and the family are over the moon and would like to thank everyone for their kind wishes and support." People magazine additionally reported that the newborn weighed in at 7 lbs.
Emma has since received congratulatory tweets from her former band mates, Melanie Brown and Victoria Adams. Scary Spice Mel B tweeted, "congrats my love to your beautiful family,welcome baby tate!!", while Posh Spice Victoria wrote, "Congratulation Emma,Jade and little beau!!!!!Another spice baby!!!baby Tate.We are so happy for u all x vb."
Emma and Jade have been together since 2000. They got engaged in January this year after he proposed to her on the day she turned 35. Together, they already have a three-year-old son named Beau Lee Jones.
