Two More Stills of Lady GaGa's 'Judas' Music Video Revealed

May 5, 2011 (1:45 am) GMT
One of the pictures teases 'the Judas kiss' in the upcoming music video, while the other previews the dancing scene.

One day before her highly-anticipated music video for her single "Judas" is premiered, created Twitter hashtag #JudasVideoTomorrow and encouraged her Little Monsters to make it trending topic. "Lets make an outlaw trade," she wrote. "And I will release a new still from it."

True to her words, GaGa posted an official picture to tease the upcoming video soon after the hashtag becomes one of the trending topics. "THE JUDAS KISS: a betrayal of a prophecy fulfilled? Thank you for trending, I'm so honored," the Mother Monster tweeted.

The picture depicts an image of a rosary-wrapped hand, which is supposedly GaGa's, holding a shiny silver gun with a red lipstick emerging from the barrel. The singer, who portrays Mary Magdalene in the video, aims the weapon at her male co-star. The man's face is not shown, but he's most likely since the actor has been tapped to play Judas.

Beside the Twitter picture, another still has additionally been unleashed. Tagged with the schedule of the video premiere on E! News this Thursday, May 5 at 7 P.M. EST, the photo shows GaGa leads a bunch of dancers into a choreographed routine in what looks like a small-town set.

The video is co-directed by GaGa and her choreographer Laurianne Gibson. In a sneak peek interview with E!, GaGa reveals that she doesn't "view the video as a religious statement." She told Giuliana Rancic, "I view it as social statement. I view it as a cultural statement. It's a metaphor. It's not meant to be a biblical lesson."

"Judas" is taken from GaGa's upcoming studio album "" which is due in the United States on May 23. Earlier this week when performing in Gudalajara, Mexico, she debuted another new song called "Americano" in its acoustic version.
