AceShowbiz - Kendra Wilkinson has become the latest contestant eliminated from "Dancing With the Stars". The reality TV star, who had shown weak performances before improving a bit in the last two weeks, has been voted off the competition on Tuesday, May 3.
Kendra was among the lowest scorers along with Kirstie Alley and Lil' Romeo on Monday's (May 2) performance night. Romeo, however, was declared safe earlier during the result show. Meanwhile, Chelsea Kane (previously known as Chelsea Staub), who was actually one of the frontrunners, had to join Kendra and Kirstie to find out their fates later that night.
Kirstie was then sent back to the safe group, followed by Chelsea. This means Kendra had to quit the show. The wife of football player Hank Baskett remained positive about her elimination, saying "I lasted seven weeks - seven weeks longer than I ever thought I would last." Thanking her partner Louis van Amstel, her family, and her husband, Kendra also gave a shout out to her son. "I'm not the best dancer but I am the best mom, and I'm coming home," she said.
"Dancing With the Stars" result show featured Nicki Minaj and James Blunt as musical acts. Wayne Brady also catered the audience with "Man's World", making a tribute to James Brown.
The show will return next week with five remaining contestants: Kirstie, Romeo, Chelsea, Hines Ward and Ralph Macchio.
