Serving as a project manager, the actor rambles too much during a Father's Day meal presentation to promote Omaha Steaks.

AceShowbiz - The men will not be annoyed by Gary Busey anymore. On April 17, the actor who had created drama on the show with his inappropriate behavior has been fired by Donald Trump after his team lost while he was serving as a project manager.
The task was to present a cooking demonstration for Omaha Steaks in front of a live studio audience using their products with three dishes and a package. They will be judged on marketing, originality and presentation. Hope Dworaczyk led the women team.
Gary proposed a Father's Day theme without asking anyone else for an idea. He made the rest of the Backbone members puzzled with his plan to present a stunt where a son gives a dad a kite with the Omaha Steak name on it. They once again disagreed over the package's name as Gary wanted to call it Omaha's Multi Flavored Steaks and add seasoning to the steaks. They finally decided on Ultimate Celebration Variety Pack.
Meatloaf was assigned as a chef and he nailed it when showing how to cook the steak. Gary went on with his idea of the father and son spending time together and then the son give the father a kite with the Omaha Steak name on it, but nobody seemed impressed. Gary tried another approach, choosing three people to eat the meals Meatloaf prepared.
On ASAP, Star Jones took over control as she kept interrupting Hope. They decided that Star would do a healthy meal, NeNe Leakes would do the seafood meal and La Toya Jackson would do another steak meal. But at the kitchen, NeNe told La Toya to cook a burger to give their show more variety. Though she did not like the change, LaToya was determined to learn how to cook a burger.
During the presentation, La Toya did a good job after burning the burger at the test kitchen, but NeNe was still reluctant to admit it. Overall, the women team did well, but they annoyed the executives since they kept mentioning Omaha, instead of Omaha Steaks.
Despite the flaws, the women won. Hope got $20,000 for her charity and her meals will be sold with portions of the money going to Best Buddies as well. NeNe was still upset because she felt people think she is negative.
In the boardroom, Lil Jon and John Rich were quick to say that Gary was the one who should be fired. Gary was asked by Mr. Trump whom he would bring back to the boardroom, but he picked no one. Instead, he praised them for doing a great job even though they were frustrated.
After more discussions on what went wrong, Donald fired Gary. The businessman admitted Gary is different, prompting him to say, "He's either a genius or a moron and I can't figure it out." Gary had no hard feeling towards her teammates although realizing that they don't like him, leaving in his limo in a happy mood.
