Lady GaGa's 'Born This Way' (Country Road Version) Comes Out

The 'road' rendition of the so-called gay-right anthem has bluegrassy vibes as it's laced with harmonica and guitar sounds.

A new official version of 's "Born This Way" has just been released for fans' listening pleasure. Subtitled "The Country Road Version", this re-recorded tune is toned down from a dance track to a bluegrass tune. It features additional harmonica and guitar sounds as well as some extra lines.

"If I want to make it country, baby it's OK/ 'Cause I was born, I was born, I was born this way," the Monster ringleader belts out the additional verses. "From London, Paris, Japan back to U.S.A., yeah I was born on the road, I was born to be brave." She produces the new version with Fernando Garibay.

Lady GaGa has released the original version of "Born This Way" as a lead single of her highly-anticipated album of the same name. She is going to drop the "" CD across the United States on May 23. The album release is expected to be followed by a tour.
