'Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn' Filming Delayed Due to Tsunami Warning

Following the tsunami advisory in Canada, the cast and crew of the movie have been evacuated to the movie production's base camp on March 11.

The tsunami in the Pacific has affected the production for the last installment of "" movie series in Canada. On Friday, March 11, Summit Entertainment confirmed that the cast and crew of "The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn" were evacuated from the set at Vancouver Island beach area in British Columbia, and the shooting has been suspended for sometime.

"Due to the tsunami advisory, filming of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn has been delayed," the studio said in a statement released via the movie's Facebook page. "All cast and crew were evacuated to base camp. Everyone is safe and sound."

Tinsel Korey who plays Emily, the girlfriend of wolf pack leader Sam, also tweeted about the situation. "They're evacuating us 4 a tsumnani warning," she wrote, adding dramatic message "If this this is my last my tweet. I love you. The end. Hugz. If this is the moment. Then I've lived a good life. And I'm thankful 4 everything I've been given. 1 love. I'm not trying 2 b dramatic!!! I'm just saying my peace. This is my truth right now. 1Love."

As of press time, there is no word on when the shooting will resume. The town where production is taking place, Tofino, contains a long stretch of open coast on the furthest westerly point of the island and has been seen in "", People said.

Beside Vancouver, "Breaking Dawn" has also been filmed in Brazil, Louisiana and Mexico. Bill Condon serves behind the lens and original cast like , and return to reprise their respective roles.

This last chapter in "Twilight" series is split into two parts which are shot back to back. "" is due November 18 in the U.S., while "" is scheduled to arrive November 16, 2012.
