Sans Casey Abrams who was hospitalized on Wednesday, the 23 semi-finalists took a time out from the competition's pressure to mingle with celebrities and 'Idol' alums.

AceShowbiz - "American Idol" Top 24 celebrated their achievement with a prom held at the Roosevelt in Hollywood on Friday, February 24. Twelve women and eleven men, minus Casey Abrams who was hospitalized for stomach pains, were surprised with a new Motorola Atrix 4G, along with a lapdock and multimedia HD dock, as well as one year of free wireless service from the sponsor, AT&T.
The bash also attracted the attendance of celebrities as well as former "Idol" contestants. Among the stars who support the show were Dr. Drew, Antonio Sabato Jr., Ashley Argota, Lacey Schwimmer, Tyler Blackburn and Thomas Dekker. Faces from the show's past included Ace Young, Allison Iraheta, Andrew Garcia, Constantine Maroulis, Scott MacIntyre and Tim Urban.
The Top 12 men were scheduled to tape the performance for next week's episode earlier that day. Abrams, who was discharged from the hospital on Friday afternoon, managed to squeeze two rehearsals and is expected to perform as planned.
