'You Haven't Seen the Last of Me' is the song James Franco was supposed to sing at the upcoming Academy Awards, but it's pulled out of the show by the organizers.

AceShowbiz - James Franco has failed to charm organizers of the 83rd Annual Academy Awards with his cover version of "You Haven't Seen the Last of Me". The song which he specially prepared for the February 27 awards show didn't make the cut to the live telecast.
The "127 Hours" actor who just joined Twitter on February 19 shared the sad news on Tuesday late-night, "They pulled this from the oscar show. damn it." But, fans can listen to his rendition of Cher's song from the "Burlesque" movie in the following audio stream.
James Franco will be hosting Oscars with "Alice in Wonderland" actress Anne Hathaway. Gwyneth Paltrow, Zachary Levi, Mandy Moore and Florence Welch are tapped to sing this year's Best Original Song nominees. Russell Brand and Scarlett Johansson have just been named as presenters, joining previously-announced Hugh Jackman, Sandra Bullock, Jeff Bridges, Oprah Winfrey, Halle Berry and Marisa Tomei.
"You Haven't Seen the Last of Me" is written by Diane Warren. When it missed out Best Original Song nomination at the Oscars, Cher vented her frustration on Twitter, "We didn't get a nomination 4 best song! That sucks! Diane's song is so beautiful! It's hard to understand how u win the Golden Globe 4 Best Song & not even get nominated by the Oscars?"
And despite topping Billboard's Dance/Club Play Songs chart with the track, Cher worried Warren would have fared better with another vocalist. "Maybe she would have had a better chance if someone else was singing it ?! It just can't b her song," she added.
