This 'Two and a Half Men' pioneer offers to pay one third of crew salaries after the delay he made on its production for the rehab reason.

AceShowbiz - Charlie Sheen offers to pay his out-of-work "Two and a Half Men" crew after he decided to undergo home rehab. He agrees to pay one third of the salary if CBS and Warner Bros commit to pay the rest.
The production of "Two and a Half Men" has been paused since last Tuesday, February 8 due to Sheen's absence for health condition reason. The production halt economically impacts a lot on the crew members, who are considered as freelance workers. It is because the company doesn't have any policy to give their salaries when the production is delayed somehow.
Sheen, who has the great responsibility for halting production, offers the solution by paying part of the the salary so they can start their production again on next Monday. However, Warner Bros TV (which produces its series for CBS) and the creator/executive producer Chuck Lorre have not made any decision yet to resume the production.
"We sincerely hope that Charlie's rehab is going well. We hope that he is healthy in the very near future and we look forward to the return of production of 'Two and a Half Men'," said Warner Bros executive.
