Calling it 'unfunny, bizarre and just plain dumb', the attorney claims Nadya 'was somewhat tricked into filming the video' and 'deeply regrets her actions.'

After previewed in some shots, 's fetish video with a diaper-clad man hits the web. The video features her wearing a tight black outfit, whipping the man named Tattoo in her children's play room while she occasionally says, "Do you want it harder?!?!"

It turns out the XXX-rated home video was released by the man seen in the footage himself, Tattoo. The radio personality whose real name is David Gonzalez says the video was just a joke but he didn't put it on the Internet until he felt betrayed by Nadya and financial guru Suze Orman.

Tattoo claims he helped Nadya organize a yard sale. But when she appeared on "" with Suze for a financial makeover, the mother of 14 did not credit him for the yard sale. "I just decided, 'Well, if Nadya doesn't remember who hooked her up, then hey,' " he says.

"This isn't about money, this is about having a good laugh," he states about releasing the video via TMZ without receiving any money from the site. Tattoo, however admits that he and Nadya were thinking about making money of the video but she asked him to shelve it after it was made at her home in La Habra the day before the September yard sale.

Following the video release, Nadya's attorney releases a statement to address that his client regrets her actions. "I personally had nothing to do with it and find it disgusting, unfunny, bizarre and just plain dumb," her lawyer Jeff Czech states. "I believe Nadya was somewhat tricked into filming the video and I know for certain she no longer believes the video is worth a laugh and deeply regrets her actions."

Though she has a financial trouble, Nadya has rejected a number of offers to make porn movies for big money, calling them an insult.
