Celebrity

The actor is furious that the porn company would use his name to push the sale of Brittney Jones tape which actually has nothing to do with him.

AceShowbiz - Ashton Kutcher is not happy that he was accused of cheating while married to Demi Moore, let alone finding out that his name has been misused in a porn video. Vivid Entertainment has just announced that they found a sex tape of Brittney Jones aka Kutcher's alleged mistress, and Kutcher is not wasting time to cut off any link.

In a legal paper obtained by TMZ, Kutcher's lawyers specifically said they are pissed over a press release for the video. Beside tagging along the actor's name to boost up the sale, the press release also said, "Ashton's fans will undoubtedly enjoy seeing what the star himself may have experienced."

The lawyers stated that the adult entertainment company is infringing on the actor's "marketable celebrity identity value" and threaten to sue them mad if they don't stop linking his name to "Brittney Jones Confidential".

Vivid's head Steve Hirsch has not taken any measure as of press time but told TMZ, "We received the letter late this afternoon and I immediately forwarded it to my attorney. We will respond accordingly."

Brittney Jones porn reportedly sees the 21-year-old brunette "engaged in very explicit, uninhibited sex with a former boyfriend." Hirsch said upon the announcement, "We've acquired the tape and confirmed its authenticity. Brittney is obviously a beautiful young girl who could clearly seduce any man." The sex tape will be released online at Vivid.com and in retail stores across the country on December 14.
