Eva entered the divorce papers in Los Angeles County Superior Court on November 17 and the wife of Tony's teammate Brent Barry is said to be the woman behind the separation.

AceShowbiz - Eva Longoria has filed for divorce from husband of three years, NBA basketball star Tony Parker. The "Desperate Housewives" star entered the divorce papers in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Wednesday morning, November 17, citing irreconcilable differences for the split, seeking spousal support and requesting her name to be restored from Parker's name to Eva Jacqueline Longoria, Us Magazine reported.

Furthermore, according to TMZ, the separation is caused by Tony's infidelity. Eva was said telling "Extra" host Mario Lopez that she found hundreds of text messages from another woman on Tony's phone. The "Over Her Dead Body" actress also reportedly told Mario that the other woman is the wife of Tony's teammate, who according to the site is San Antonio Spurs star Brent Barry. Brent's wife, Erin Barry, is said to be the woman behind Tony and Eva's split.

Brent, who played with Tony from 2004 to 2008, is also in the middle of a divorce from wife Erin. Of the report that Erin was having affair with Tony, Brent's father, NBA Hall of Famer Rick Barry, said, "I feel horrible for my son. I'm in shock. I knew (Erin) was moving out of the house soon and she was the one that filed for divorce. This is the straw that broke the camel's back. (Brent) is going to be devastated. I can't even imagine him going through this... the divorce was hard enough news."

Sources told Us Weekly that Eva recently discovered Tony had exchanged texts with female friend for nearly a year and hundreds of texts in just one month. "Eva is heartbroken by the betrayal," one insider told the publication, adding that Tony confessed the adultery after Eva confronted him. "Once the trust was lost, the marriage was over," another source added. "Eva truly thought she was going to grow old with Tony and have children with him. She's inconsolable."

Meanwhile, Eva has also broken her silence amidst the separation report. On Wednesday, the 35-year-old beauty wrote on her Twitter page, "It is with great sadness that after 7 years together, Tony and I have decided to divorce. We love each other deeply and pray for each other's happiness." Mario Lopez told People that the break-up decision wasn't easy, telling People "She is devastated, she wants us all to know that. But she's strong."

Eva Longoria and Tony Parker wed in a civil service on July 6, 2007, at the Mairie (city hall for the 4th Arrondissement) in Place Baudoyer, not far from Notre Dame. The soon-to-be divorced couple had their second wedding ceremony at Paris' Eglise Saint-Germain l'Auxerrois, the following day.
