'Harry Potter' Main Cast Show Up at 'Deathly Hallows: Part I' NY Premiere

Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint were joined by Tom Felton and Ralph Fiennes when supporting the premiere on Monday night.

AceShowbiz - After premiering "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I" in England, the cast of the wizard movie series jetted off to promote the movie Stateside. The main stars including Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Rupert Grint, Tom Felton and Ralph Fiennes took part in this New York premiere held on November 15 at Alice Tully Hall.

Also becoming the spotlight that Monday night was Sarah Jessica Parker who came with husband Matthew Broderick and son James Wilkie Broderick. Gabourey Sidibe was additionally among the guests which included young celebrities such as "Glee" newbie Darren Criss and Madonna's daughter Lourdes Ciccone Leon.

In the first part of the final "Harry Potter" films, Radcliffe's Harry Potter and Watson's Hermione Granger will share a smooch where the actress was asked to be topless. On this scene, Watson recently shared to MTV Movie News, "It was only the day before that they said, 'Oh, by the way, we hope it's all right, but we want you to be topless, and we're going to cover you in silver paint.' It was awkward enough as it was without the silver paint and the strapless bra, but whatever. It works. It looks good for the story."

"Deathly Hallows: Part I" begins as Harry, Ron and Hermione set out on their perilous mission to track down and destroy the secret to Voldemort's immortality and destruction - the Horcruxes. On their own, without the guidance of their professors or the protection of Professor Dumbledore, the three friends must now rely on one another more than ever. But there are Dark Forces in their midst that threaten to tear them apart.

This adventure film will open wide in both the U.S. and U.K. on November 19 and is followed by the release of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II" on July 15, 2011.
