When premiering the single on Ryan Seacrest's radio show, Jessica Simpson spills the beans on her new deal with Ellen DeGeneres' label.

AceShowbiz - In anticipation of her upcoming second holiday album "Happy Christmas", Jessica Simpson unleashed the first single. The fun pop record titled "My Only Wish" got its radio debut on Ryan Seacrest's morning show and was posted on her official website for free streaming.

"If only given one wish for Christmas/ A lot of things would truly come to mind/ I'd think of everything from snow to trees and mistletoe/ But only this one wish would touch my heart," she sings her prayers. "I don't need all those fancy decorations/ I'd do without my mother's pumpkin pie/ I'd give up all the Christmas cards just to have you in my arms."

Beside debuting the new single, Simpson also had a chat with Seacrest and revealed she has been signed to Ellen DeGeneres' new record label, ElevenEleven. "This (album) is different because it's under my complete control," she said. "It's the first record that I'm putting out on eleveneleven Records which is my new record company."

Of her decision to make holiday album in her new home instead of continuing her country music career which started with her 2008 "Do You Know", she had this to say, "I think it's great to have a spiritual record out there to be my first record because that's how I got start in the business anyway."

"Happy Christmas" will be released across United States on November 23. "The album features new songs, some great duets, and of course, traditional favorites," she wrote in her journal. "Be sure to catch my performance on the PBS Christmas Special, set to air Thanksgiving night!"
