Ashley Tisdale reveals why Sharpay is in New York, how she gets a love interest, what kind of things from 'High School Musical' would be back.

AceShowbiz - A longer preview of the new Disney Channel Original Movie "Sharpay's Fabulous Adventure" is newly released. Ashley Tisdale slips into her "High School Musical" character Sharpay Evans who has graduated from high school and is now looking forward to becoming an actress on Broadway.
"You really get to know Sharpay as a character and find out why she is the way she is," Tisdale shared on the video. "She actually gets a love interest in the movie too. He's a film student and likes to film Sharpay for his projects and thinks she's really interesting." She went on talking about Sharpay's wardrobe which has to be in any kind of pink shade and has to have rhinestones.
"Sharpay's Fabulous Adventure" premieres next spring. In the movie, a New York casting director spots aspiring thespian Sharpay Evans performing with her dog, Boi, at a charity gala and offers to arrange an audition for a new Broadway musical. Sharpay packs her bags with Boi in tow and heads to the Big Apple to fulfill her destiny on Broadway.
Her father has given her one month to make it to center stage, or else she will have to return home and learn the family business. However Sharpay's dreams are turned upside down when she discovers the Broadway role is really for Boi, not her. Pushing her disappointment aside, Sharpay sets out to make Boi the most fabulous canine to hit the Great White Way.
