Universal Sets Release Dates for 'Bourne Legacy', 'Dark Tower' and More

The fourth 'Bourne' movie and the horror sci-fi are plotted as the studio's summer releases in 2012 and 2013 respectively.

Universal Pictures has announced release dates for some of their big movies throughout 2011-2013. Next summer, they plan to drop drama movie "" which is directed and starring on July 1.

In early 2012, on February 10 to be exact, they will unleash Daniel Espinosa's "" which features and . The next month on date 16, Baltasar Kormakur's "" starring and will follow to hit U.S. theaters.

Separated by few months gap, an untitled Judd Apatow project, to be directed by and starring himself, is set to grace theaters on June 1. As for another summer release, Universal will drop another installment of their hit franchise, "" which is directed by Tony Gilroy, on August 3.

"", an action thriller produced by Michael Bay, secures November 9, 2012 slot. In the same month, -starring vehicle "" will hit theaters on date 21.

In late 2012, Universal has "" slated for a holiday movie as it is due December 21, few days before Christmas. Later, Ron Howard's "" which is based on Stephen King's novel will bow in U.S. cinemas on May 17, 2013.
