Lady Antebellum and Carrie Underwood Lead American Country Awards Noms

The country music group get the most nods along with Easton Corbin with seven each, while Underwood follows closely with six.

The inaugural American Country Awards has announced its nominees. , along with new artist , dominate the list with seven kudos each, follows with six, and scores five.

Antebellum are up for top honors of four categories, Artist, Single, Album and Music Video. In Artist of the Year, they compete against , , Underwood and . They face off Underwood and Lambert once again in Album of the Year which also lists and Turner.

Touring Headline Package of the Year has the longest list of contenders but it excludes Antebellum's name. , , & , , , , & , , Swift and Underwood are all vying for it.

Voting for all categories has already begun at theacas.com and will continue until November 8 except for Artist of the Year which will remain open until December 4. The winners will be announced during a live telecast at The MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Monday, December 6 (8:00 P.M. ET Live/PT Tape-delayed) on FOX.
