Leonardo DiCaprio Scores Temporary Restraining Order Against 'Wife'
Celebrity

On Wednesday, August 25, Judge Carol Boas Goodson ordered Livia Bistriceanu, a woman who has stalked Leonardo and claimed to be his wife, to stay away a least 100 yards away from the actor.

AceShowbiz - Leonardo DiCaprio can relax for a while after a delusional woman, claiming to be his wife and a mother of their son Jesus, has been given a temporary restraining order (TRO). Radar Online reported that the woman, named Livia Bistriceanu, must stay away a least 100 yards away from the "Inception" star as well as his home, workplace and car.

Leonardo was granted with the TRO by Judge Carol Boas Goodson in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday, August 25. In a declaration for the TRO, Leonardo stated, "I am frightened Ms. Bistriceanu and feel that my personal safety, and the personal safety of those around me is in jeopardy."

"Without a restraining order, I fear that there will not be sufficient law enforcement mechanisms to keep Ms. Bistriceanu away from me, especially since she (1) apparently maintains a delusional belief that she is my wife and carrying my child Jesus," Leonardo continued.

The "Titanic" actor further revealed, "(2) has recently stated and/or threatened that we will live together 'forever'... in His Kingdom (3) has managed to locate and identify my private residence, and (4) has evidenced a willingness to make physical contact to me regardless of consequences."

Moreover, TMZ obtained Livia's creepy, handwritten letter, which was submitted by Leonardo's lawyer in the legal documents. The letter read, "You wrote to me 2 years ago that you love me and you don't love another women (sic). You said I talk to you soon and it past 2 years already and still you don't want to talk to me. Why?"

"Do you want to be with me for real and to be the father of Jesus? I've explained you I can't be with nobody virtually. I have to have a father in reality for Jesus not like this," Livia wrote on her letter. And yet in another letter, she said, "Why do you f**k me virtually and you don't leave me alone?"

Leonardo DiCaprio and his legal team are still in a bid to turn the TRO into a permanent restraining order, which will prevent the stalker to stay close to him for three years. A hearing on that request is scheduled for September 10.
