The Lt. Bishop Welleger of the thriller movie stars alongside his co-star Elisabeth Shue in a new Funny or Die skit, urging audience to watch the film, which has been on the theaters since last week.

AceShowbiz - In a past interview, Kelly Brook claimed her latest movie "Piranha 3-D" won't land her "any Oscars" but it turned out that her co-star in the thriller film, Ving Rhames, has gotten one. Unfortunately, the honor Ving got is only part of the big screen promotion in a new Funny or Die hilarious video.

The 2-minute footage starts with Elisabeth Shue, who also stars in the movie, announcing the Best Actor prize. Looking lovely in her red dress, Elisabeth says, "And the Oscar for Best Actor goes to Ving Rhames for 'Piranha 3-D'." Ving, in a dark shirt and a bright fedora hat, takes the stage, holding the golden statue on his right hand and a set of black suit on another.

Ving later mentions several movies he has starred in and shares a smooch with Elisabeth during the acceptance speech. Beside listing his big screen projects, Ving also asks the Oscars audience to give up their jewelery before urging them to watch "Piranha 3-D" which has been on U.S. theaters since last week.

However, Elisabeth tells him that it is 2011 and that "Piranha 3-D" is no longer in cinemas. He later boasts that he is able to time travel and takes his lovely co-star to prehistoric times. The skits ends with a warning read, " 'Piranha 3-D', see it tomorrow before Ving Rhames makes you see it yesterday."
