August 24, 2010, 8:07 am GMT

Two of the stills taken from the first return episode reveal Sheldon knocking on Penny's door and later taking her on a triple date with Amy.

The first idea of "The Big Bang Theory" season 4 is offered through the first back episode stills as well as the new season's poster. The one-sheet reminds fans that the half-hour comedy no longer occupies Mondays slot but Thursdays instead. Meanwhile, the stills for episode 4.01 show Sheldon on his first date ever.

In "The Robotic Manipulation" that will air on September 23, Penny finds herself along for the ride on Sheldon's first date ever while Wolowitz finds a new use for a robotic arm. Mayim Bialik is reprising her role as Amy who is Sheldon's seemingly perfect match.

Beside Bialik, the show also invites Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak to guest star in an episode later in the season. Commenting on his casting, Wozniak said on his Facebook page, "I do not deserve all these great screenshots and the like - why don't they just pick someone pretty like Lindsay Lohen (sic)?"
