AceShowbiz - As it is gearing up for its premiere overseas later this year, "Dylan Dog: Dead of Night" has unleashed the first promo trailer. It introduces audience to weird and creepy creatures such as zombie, vampire and werewolf, with which Dylan Dog has to deal in his work.
Dylan is a British detective who is fascinated by fear, and has made it his profession. Known as the world's only Investigator of Nightmares, he is approached by a woman who claims to have seen her father brutally murdered by a mysterious creature. With his street smart, his gun and a set of paranormal weapons, Dylan attempts to restore order both above and below ground.
Based on Italian comics "Dylan Dog" by Tiziano Sclavi, the story in the movie has been moved from London, where Sclavi had originally set it, to present-day New York. Kevin Munroe serves as helmer for "Dylan Dog: Dead of Night" with Brandon Routh starring as the titular character. This horror movie has not been picked up for U.S. distribution.
