High-Res Promo Trailer of Hilary Swank's 'The Resident' Comes Out

Swank's character of a young doctor feels insecure after she moves into an apartment, suspecting that she is not alone in her home.

The trailer actually has come out few months ago in bootleg version but the high resolution one has just been found and still gives preview to how a young woman who lives alone in her apartment feels threatened by someone unknown.

After separating from her husband, pretty young doctor Juliet Dermer moves into a stunning and spacious loft apartment in Brooklyn that seems too good to be true. And then mysterious occurrences lead her to suspect that she is not alone in her home and quickly her fears become all too real.

In a chilling revelation, she discovers that her seemingly charming, young landlord, Max, has developed a dangerous obsession with her. A terrifying game of cat and mouse ensues as Juliet fights to free herself from Max's sinister intentions.

Hilary Swank is cast as Juliet Dermer while portrays the landlord. Antti Jokinen serves as helmer for the drama thriller which is written by Jokinen along with Erin Cressida Wilson and Robert Orr. No release date is set for the movie since it has not found a studio which will distribute it in the U.S.
