MacPherson, who hit the event in black shiny PVC pants and Louboutins, was blissfully unaware that her white loose fitting shirt slipped down, exposing her nipple. The shocking view was captured when the "Batman & Robin" actress, who went braless, was about to leave the bash.
Also making appearance at the series 6 launch party were supermodel and actor Charley Speed and fashion stylist Grace Woodward. Speed, who sported a black suit paired with white sneakers, posed along with Woodward, who looked lovely in her low v-neck dress and black shoes, matched with a couple of accessories.
Elle MacPherson has been tapped the new host and executive producer of "Britain's Next Top Model". On her role, she said as quoted by ABC News Online, "It takes one to know one. It has been the most amazing experience. I'm actually feeling quite sentimental about it. I've done a lot in my 30-year career and I'd have to say this really is one of the best experiences."
