The talk show host has landed the top spot of the magazine's World's Most Powerful Celebrities annual list, while the 28-year-old singer follows her in second place.

The 28-year-old singer climbs from fourth spot in 2009 to second place with earnings of 87 million dollars for her showbiz career and fashion empire.
