Oscar-Winning Actors Circling Moriarty Role in 'Sherlock Holmes 2'

Guy Ritchie reportedly wants Daniel Day-Lewis to play the villainous character, while Sean Penn and Javier Bardem are said to be up for the same role.

For a while, Professor Moriarty has been widely linked to . However, latest report mentions that the "" actor is not among the possible depicter of the villain in "Sherlock Holmes 2" as director Guy Ritchie is said wanting to tackle the role.
